Residential signs and riders are made from ACM, which is a versatile construction and signage material composed of two thin aluminum sheets bonded to a non-aluminum core, typically polyethylene. It is naturally UV resistant, so it will not yellow overtime.

Commercial signs and riders are made from MDO, which is a type of pressed plywood meant for the outdoor elements. These products can also be made from corrugated plastic material as well, which is essentially plastic cardboard. This is best for hanging on fences, or sticking onto the wall.

Our yard signs are also made from the corrugated plastic and comes with a metal stake.

Our turnaround differ depending on what time of the year it is.

During our busy season (March-October) it is typically 3-4 business days.

During our slower times (November-February) it is 2-3 business days.

All of our residential signs and riders are printed double sided.

Commercial signs you choose if they are single sided or double sided.

All of our residential signs and riders have two holes at the top and bottom of the signs.

Only panels come with grommets in the holes.

There are four options for designing and customizing a sign. Some of these may not be available due to instructions from certain Brokers.

Choose one of the following options:

1. Browse Design: use this to select from pre-loaded templates. Work on them or customize them through our design studio. These are created according to the brand standards required by the Broker/Company.

2. Custom Design: May only be available for agents under limited Brokers/Companies: This lets you draw the sign yourself from scratch. Click it to open the design studio and use multiple tools to customize the sign with branding for your company.

3. Upload Design: May only be available for agents under certain Brokers/Companies: using this option, you can upload your own JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG, EPS, AI, PDF and PSD images to use for print.

4. Hire Designer: May only be available for agents under certain Brokers/Companies: For an extra fee, this requests a live designer to contact you and work with you to design your sign from scratch using a back and forth proofing process.

Our system supports RGB (red, green, blue) for producing digital prints. We can also match to CMYK(Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black) and the Pantone spot color system.

300 ppi (pixels per inch) is the resolution of the output Print PDF file.

We use digital printing directly onto the signboard for all Residential signs and Coroplast Commercial signs, and digitally printed self-adhesive vinyl to create Commercial MDO(Pressed Wood) signs.

Our Residential signs are treated with a UV resistant topcoat, which provides additional UV and scratch protection.
